Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give maxtra drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only shwimple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.

Yes You can give it to the child if your child is 18 months of age the dosage is going to be 1.5 ML twice a day and you can continue for a minimum of three days for the medicine also if you want you can nebulise the child and also you can give indirect steam to the child that’s also going to
