AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello mama Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between... Give all that u cook for ur family.. include ghee ,dry fruits, paneer, egg, banana shake, rice ,potatoes etc in diet for weight gain
