#asktheexperts mam mera beta 10 months ka hai use cold and cough hua hai kal se or maine steam di hai. adrak and honey se skte hai ya nahi?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 months agoA. avoid giving honey at this age. .you can give few tsp of ajwain water. .give steaming a couple of times a day, do mustard oil massage, and increase breast feeding.ok
