Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it looks baby is having diaper rashes It is quite common that small babies will be having diaper rashes if you do not maintain hygiene properly you have to clean it with lukewarm water apply silo derm ointment stop using dapper till the rashes will heal
