slowly switch to semi solid meals.
apply t-bact or eumosone-m ointment twice or thrice a day

This can be because of rashes in such case you have to apply Babyhug diaper rash cream regularly it will give relief. If you use diapers regularly didn’t you have to avoid using diapers for next few days. Otherwise you have to clean your baby properly every time baby pass urine or a stool
