Anusha UppalaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. u can also go through diet dates (at least 5 kimia Dates per day) 2 pomegranates per a day,green leafy vegetables,apples,dryfruits anjeer (most),pistachios,cashews,raisins and orange juice or moosambi juice everyday.
