#asktheexperts it’s my 7th month of pregnancy and my suffering from iron deficiency.. iron supplements are also intolerable for me.. plz suggest something

A. u can also go through diet dates (at least 5 kimia Dates per day) 2 pomegranates per a day,green leafy vegetables,apples,dryfruits anjeer (most),pistachios,cashews,raisins and orange juice or moosambi juice everyday.

A. check with ur doctor and u can go for iron supplements through iv anyway check with ur doctor once for dis also
