Yes of course you can take it it’s not a problem it’s completely safe to be taken but you are taking it without any prescription and if you’re willing to take something good then first check with your doctor they can advise you with something which is going to be much healthier than what you are willing to take otherwise you can go for it this is a healthy substitute that you can take
