ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. yes make sure to change them regularly Diaper rash use any daiper rash cream with zinc oxide change diaper at regular intervals every fourth hourly give a diaper free time of 30 minutes everyday maintain hygiene in the area

All u got to do is keeping her diaper free in daytime...
Apply castor oil in her vaginal and anal region liberally and make her wear old chaddi...
Diaper at night but apply castor oil before that too... Use everyday before diapering without fail... My kids never had these issues at all coz of the oil. 😁👍🏻
