Baby skin is very tender and soft specially in the genital area where frequent urination and motion may be a increase risk factors for bacterial infection . you need to change the diaper frequently in such condition to avoid prolonged contact and friction which can cause rash .
A regular mousturisation with a petroglium jelly or a diaper rash cream is required .
try to use dispgosable diapers as they are better absorbent than cloth one.
Dont use diapers all the time for 24 hrs. keep some diaper free interval .

No you shouldn’t be using them because this where child can suffer with severe rashes which is absolutely not good for the child in the long run or even the current scenario so it’s not advisable to use diapers all the time as it is not good for the skin of the childWrite Your Answer Here
