ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi yes it's totally normal.. babies usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. as few teeth have erupted hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi well , ideally babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years so as such no need to worry it should be normal give calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
