ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Gripe water generally include sugar and alcohol, sodium bicarbonate, excess of it is harmful for babies. so it's good to avoid fir babies. only exclusive breast feeding is important till 6 mth

doctor will not recommend giving...
babies will have digestive issues as gas colic issue
you can give Himalaya bonnison Drops to treat digestion issues
