#asktheexperts if we are not giving salt to baby till one year then how their iodine need is fulfilled?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. do not worry babies get the required amount of iodine from breast milk n regular food, so do not worry much about it.. you may introduce sakt in baby food after one year of age
