you can't conceive atleast for 2-3 years.

Then You can you check with your doctor first if your doctor say that you are physically fit to go ahead with another pregnancy then you continue otherwise you’ll have to terminated you know I’m not very sure but still it’s better to take a medical opinion before you continue with your pregnancy because your child is only three months and as of now and you had a C-section so will you have strength to continue with the pregnancy and deal with another C-section in small span of time
