A. give 3 meals 1 snack wholesome meals having variety of food groups apart from grain / millets , seasonal veg include a protein source in every meal from dal legumes beans sprout/ egg non veg , curd / paneer milk intake not more than 300 ml 2 seving of fruit , 10 gm nuts
