#asktheexperts I have twins.. second one is getting constipation issues.. what to do to fix this problem.. I’m so worried

A. Hello , your twin babies are 2 years old and one of them is having a constipation so give him papya and apples crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily and plenty of water

A. the baby is less than two years of age to avoid hard stool and constipation in the baby it is always advisable to give adequate water for the baby to drink some seasonal fruits also to the baby like mango papaya banana
