#asktheexperts I have pre term twins who are of 18 months now, they have very low immunity and often have cold and cough. can you please suggest how can I improve their immunity

A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables , nuts , dry fruits and dairy. Consult your child’s doctor for a personal recommendation on this matter. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice
