A. Hey! The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better milk supply. Latch your baby, well on the breast and make a good skin contact while you breastfeed. Include methi, roasted makhana, garlic, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist to guide you through this
