#asktheexperts i had c section on 17 August now I'm exactly 5 months completed can i use the belt for stomach please say me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. for good results it's good to use it right after c section, if u having back pain than you may use it. do take healthy diet b continue breast feeding ur child

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes u can use belt and also start with exercises or yoga... as it is 4 months after delivery.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy food keep yourself well hydrated
