#asktheexperts i had a c-section on 16.07.2021...i still feel pain & numbness in that area... also feel heavy in the belly area what to do...

No need to worry
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
