#asktheexperts I had a c section month ago I hv delivered twins ... I wanted to know when will my uterus will come back to its shape and my belly part be back to nrml size

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 month agoA. hello it will take few months n u can wear abdominal belts from babyhug can help n also do walking n exercise slowly which also will help too not to worry
