Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advicfte can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for youdrself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

Consult your gynaecologist for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Rest well. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
