#asktheexperts I am getting ready for planned c-section in mid-October, what can I do now to help me recover faster? any diet or exercise recommendations?

A. Mam you first get the surgery done after that whatever precaution the doctor advised to go for that but he has a lot of doctors do not advised to go for Keagle exercises but you should do them after your delivery that’s going to be very important and helpful in reduction of back pain also because you will face it after getting a epidural well so it’s better you be prepared with all these thingsWrite Your Answer Here
