AFREENMom of a 7 yr 7 m old girl2 years agoA. u can take suppliment and zeera bajra ganji take some asli ghee then add some Zeera and bajra aata then after it turn brown add milk and sugar according to ur taste then add some nuts also and drink it will definetely increase milk flow
