#asktheexperts I am breastfeeding my 3 month old back. my milk supply was low and started drinking galact granules 2 spoons with water from past 10 days and it was effective and from yesterday my baby seems to be hungry and wanted to drink more milk can I drink more galact granules? is there any other option to increase the breast milk. thank you

You can take it it’s not a problem you can take it every day for 3 to 6 months if it is helping you to have more of lactation then there is no problem further if you are still unable to produce efficient then you should take a formula milk for your child
