Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are  usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a hgxome remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used  in a proper dose  for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Stefam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Hi mom 
This is normal in new born babies..So no need to worry. 
Breathing voice will be fine on its own as the baby grows up.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise,accepting feeds then no need to worry
