#asktheexperts how to reduce tummy fat after c section. it has been 2 months since my delivery. and how to take care of c section stiches & marks.

A. for tummy fat eat low fat food and you can wear body shaper and for stitches you should use coconut oil atleast twice a day and after that time heals everything.

A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking w will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

U Need to have some patience because you cannot start any kind of workout before the age of six months a basic work out and a proper workout after 8 to 9 months of an age when she C-section stitches which is heal completely so you have a lot of time to wait for right now you should just eat well and feedback
