A. Hello good afternoon !! For increasing breastmilk supply have lactating foods in diet . Rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema if you are non vegetarian, garlic milk - Boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 15 minutes strain milk sugar optional this will improve milk supply within short time. Have more water,milk and diary products. Give frequent feeds (direct latching) will improve milk supply than expressing out milk.
