Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy4 months agoA. Hello my dear parent ! Include methi,roasted makhana, garlic , jeera, saunf in your daily diet . The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better supply. Consult a lactation specialist for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
