offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion.
never try to force feed.
give them time to digest

So I do do more of physical activities with your child like dancing or running or something which will help in tearing up your child because once your child is tired or your child is exhausted the appetite is going to go automatically up because what happens is not have a proper physical activity the appetite does not increase they do not get tired
