You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.

It Can easily be somewhere around 50 to 70 ML in a day and then you can increase the amount gradually if your child likes to have water but a minimum of 50 to 70 ML is good enough to start with so start giving at least that much water to your child on daily basis
