ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, for 7 months old baby, give few sips of water in between and after meals. Breast milk and food also contain water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby.

Seven months old baby should take around 50 to 100 ML water in full day. That is sufficient and if your baby is not taking sufficient water then in such case you can also start giving coconut water it is very healthy for babies and helps to keep baby hydrated. Baby should also take at least four meals in a day.
