POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. After C-section, you can climb stairs comfortably after 8 -10 days, but my suggestions do not climb too much, just do it when necessary. Avoid it as much as possible. And also don't do too much heavy work. Because you will not feel anything right now, but you may have waist pain later if you do not take precautions right now. Now your body is weak, your bone is weak due to the injection given in the spinal cord. So be careful what you are doing. So keep resting for 3 months after C-section.
This is my own experience, after 3 months you can climb the stairs normally as before.
