ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. 90 ml to 120 ml os okay The water content in soups , dal paani etc all counts here in the above measurement. So on a day to basis if a baby has soups , dal paai , kanji paani etc and a few sips of water it is enough for him.

While breast milk can “count” as water for a toddler, the ideal is 8 ounces of water in addition to breast milk or milk.
