#asktheexperts how much milk we should give to girl child of 2.3year my baby is taking 150 to 180 ml before two hours of sleep

A. Okay the amount of the milk is good but why do you have to still give milk to the child to put your child to sleep in this year they should just sleep on their own by batting or by making the child sleep you should avoid this milk habit in the night before sleeping especially with a feeding bottle
