Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, a baby's first tooth can erupt any time in between 4th months to 15th month of age. But beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric. Give appropriate supplements to your child like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
