RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. There is no specific number of teeth as a child can have an entire set of 20 teeth by completing the age of three years somewhere between the age of three months to 3 years the number of kids can be there but it’s not fixed so I cannot tell your number
