RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 days agoA. Minimum is 8 to 10 hours and maximum could be depending upon the comfort of your child but if the child is maintaining a sleep of 8 to 10 hours every day that means your child is taking healthy amount of sleep and that is good for the growth of your child
