Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. teething pain starts around 3 months .
first tooth eruption can occur between 7 months to 17 months of age. after that gradually all primary teeth will appear in the next 2 to 3 years.
primary teeth begin to fall by 6 to 7 years gradually being replaced one after the another with xsecondary tooth.
usually all primary will be replaced with secondary tooth by 10 to 11 yexars of age.
