#asktheexperts how many days after c section will mensus become normal ?

A. Hai good afternoon !! After C-section delivery it takes 5-8 months to get back periods but some may take time around 12 months depending on harmonal changes, low Haemoglobin. Have Balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods avoiding stress , junk foods.
