regular walking will alsso help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat.
take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plednty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

best to start doing exercises and yoga regularly
but start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging , etc
prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits,salad etc more
drink plenty of fluids.
