ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician1 Year agoA. Teeth can errupt at any time from birth
But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age
Teeth eruptions is a natural process
No need to do anything for that
Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.
Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day
Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use.
It will help
Mostly cough cold episodes are viral in origin.
They may subside by 3 -9 days
No need of any medication if mild.
If cough and cold then need steam inhalation, nasal decongestant drops (nasivion baby nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 3-4 times a day for 3 days).
And cough syrp or drops as per babys
Cough condition (wet or dry).
Keep ur baby well hydrated in cough cold episodes
Proper hand washing, keeping away ur baby from other infected persons, exclusive breast feeding ur baby till 6months of the age, will help for fast recovery.
If decreased urine output, refusal to feed, decreased activity, breathing difficulty
Then need to consult with nearest pediatrician once.

Teething as what no connection with your child suffering with cold if the medicines are not working then you can check with your doctor if you can give any anti-allergic or any antibiotic to the child as of now to control this problem because if it is continuously happening then it’s definitely due to some allergy
