#asktheexperts Hi, when a new mom start her exercise post a c-section delivery ?

A. after the finish of six months only you can do exercise ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. hello ypu can start with excercise or workout after around 45 days to 2 months and do not strain yourself too much also and would be better to start workout based on your comfort and you should slowly start with excercise which should be better and safe
