breastfeed your baby for hydration, immunity.
also give water,
curd and buttermilk are good for stomach.
homemade fresh, balanced diet having variety of food groups
give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables because these are rich in water like watermelon muskmelon, grapes, cucumber, spinach.
give small frequent meals.
