#asktheexperts hi ny baby is 5m old actly i have wheat allergy is there possibilty than my baby will miss any nutrients coz i cant eat wheat as i only bf her pls hlp and how mamy time should we do malish

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no problem to your baby if you are not taking or not able to take wheat. Massaging the baby with oil is a very healthy practice, followed by bathing with luke warm water. once in a day is enough
