good morning doctor.. i want to ask is there any cure for wheat allergy

Usually when the kids grow around 15 years the wheat allergy gets cured but you have to change her food habits and stop giving wheat sooji rye barley products and give millets rice typically a South Indian diet should be given to the child and keep monitoring the growth of the child and also check for lactose allergy
