1. Divide your meals and have small frequent meals. Don't leave your stomach empty for a longer duration
2. Don't overfill your stomach with food.
3. Take some mouth freshener (like saunf) after meals
4. Do not immediately rest after having meals. Sit down for 30 mins, take slow short walks and then rest
5. Avoid water consumption with and immediately after meals. Have water either before or 20-30 mins after meals.
6. Most importantly, don't stress and exert yourself. Take adequate rest.
