Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. treat the fever with proper medicines like paracetamol Some babies may not be taking solid foods because of different reasons you can give fruit juices coconut water butter milk to the baby there will be natural appetizers for the baby as well meet the calories also
