Mam it’s actually early if the periods come any time before the age of 12 to 13 years it’s actually considered early and it hampered the height and growth of the child specially the height when the girl attained the puberty the height becomes more slow so right now you should put your child into two physical sports back to back in a day one in the morning in the evening which will help in elevating the growth and height of the child
