#asktheexperts Hi mam, after c section when can i start exercise and when can I join back duty.

A. after c section you may start with exercise at around 4-6months as you feel heal up or cured.. start with low intense exercise and slowly and gradually increase the intensity.. you may do brisk walking or yoga .. also do take care of diet..
