#asktheexperts hi doctor, i am a mother of 5.5 months old baby girl. i had third degree tear during delivery for which surgery was done. but even after 5 months i still feel pain and tension in the perineal area where the outer stitches were done. what to do?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. It is always better to consult your doctor for a local examination to check if the sutures have healed completely or not and if there is any infection in that area
